Requires deep expertise in Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll (UAE), and Workforce Compensation.
5 years of total experience with Oracle HCM applications, including recent Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud experience.
Proven track record of multiple end-to-end implementations in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, and Workforce Compensation.
Proficiency with Oracle tools: HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, OTBI, Fast Formulas. **

5 years of experience in Oracle ERP with below expertise.
Core HR: Workforce structures, employee data management, absence management, and self-service.
Talent Management: Goal management, performance management, career development, succession planning, and performance reviews.
Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC): Requisition management, candidate experience, internal mobility, and reporting.
Learning: Learning content management, course administration, and employee learning journeys.
Help Desk: Employee and HR-facing service requests and issue resolution. **
